Now we hear that “Glee” producer Ryan Murphy plans a lavish remake of “Tommy” for the hit Fox show that has lost a little of its heat recently. The “Tommy” episode, if it happens, will no doubt run longer than the usual hour. It’s hard to imagine something as epic as “Tommy,” cut down.

Roger Daltrey, who can still look awfully good in skin-tight denim, and Pete Townsend are expected to make appearances.

I swear to all that is good in this world, Glee better not be doing this. I don’t want them anywhere NEAR The Who. I understand that Daltrey and Townshend need to make a living, but… ugh. I hate this show.

Notice how this happens right after Pete sells his musical catalog? If this happens, I reeeeeeeally don’t see Pete and Roger making appearances. Maybe Roger. Never Pete.

I stumbled across this book at Barnes and Noble today (Backstage Past by Barry Fey) and it was like the cosmos had created it just for me. So much about Red Rocks and so much about the Who. IN THE SAME BOOK. So I took lots of crappy camera photos. Pete did a whole intro, too. And spoke a bit about Colorado. Because we are soul mates. Should have taken photos of that too. But I will be buying this soon and then there will be scans!!!

THEN THE ENTIRE NEW FRAY ALBUM CAME ON IN THE STORE AND I EXPLODED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I got home and a Keith magazine I ordered had arrived in the mail. EVERYTHING I LOVE ALL OVER THE PLACE. I’ll be doing scans of that as well.
